I took out a 5 year policy with them which increased by 10% yearly - I took out a loan on the policy paid it back plus the interest. The Maturity value given to me was R51819.00 they paid out R37964.30. Do the calcualations yourself. I spoke to Dean Hendricks/Fatima Geland/Nasruddin Khalfey/Amanda Vraagom. I contacted the ombudsman spoke to Yandani Bashman/Londiwe Ntobongwana. Complaint was dismissed. Please be aware - I do not want others to be caught.
