Cashback claim not paid out
I was called by a consultant informing me that I have a cashback that is due to me in December 2020. I went to metropolitan branch in southgate mall, I was assisted by a lady called Mpho, well she submitted my documents on the 9th of December and I haven't received anything from them till to date. I'm very disappointed I'm thinking of canceling my policies that I have with them.
