Cash back bonus
It's my 5th year anniversary and I'm due for a cash back bonus but when I call metropolitan to claim no one seems to know what's happening. I'm ****ed off cos im spending my time and money to phone but nobody seems to be making an effort to phone me back or atleast assure me that the matter will be taken up.
