Cannot process refund
The pathetic service of Metropolitan, I cancelled my savings policy, about four days ago and these guys still debit my account. I phoned in for a refund they want me to provide a bank statement, my arguement is if you can debit my account surely u can refund that in my account. They advised me if I dont bring a bank statement it will take a further 40 days which is totally absurd. Why so long it takes for a refund
