Cancelled contract but they keep on deducting
I am still waiting for my refund, I gave cancelled my investment plan and they took R3600 from my account last month, I went to your branch to reverse my money and never received my money till today, I am so tired of going up and down trying to get my money back, today you continued to deduct R540 from my account again, the nerve!!! What's the use of having so many branches if you can't resolve simple things?I want my money and will never do business with you again.
