Cancellation of unwanted policy

I made an investment policy with Metropolitan last year March they started to deduct money in April I decided to cancel the policy because I planned with the increment money and we have never received any increment I called them they said I should send my ID,3 months bank statement and payslip of which I did.They never cancelled the investment policy.I wrote in November they promise to cancel it but they are still taking money from my persal even though I am no longer interested in their policy.

Please be advised that your policy has already been surrendered.

One must however bear in mind that stop order deductions may take a month or two to stop deducting from your salary.

We have closing dates at our end to compile the magnetic tapes that is sent to your employer for implementation on their payroll system
Your employer again has certain closing dates by when they need to implement these deductions on their next payroll run.

However, all premiums received after a policy is surrendered is refundable to the client.

One of our Client Care Assessors will investigate and revert back to you directly as soon as possible.
