Cancellation of membership ignored

<p>I wrote a cancellation letter to Metropolitan Life in February this year. They continued to deduct from my salary. In May I resent the email, which was also ignored. It has been 4 months already, no one cares for my needs as a client. Are they going to refund all these contributions after I sent cancelleations that were ignored? I am dissapointed and done with Metropolitan Life bussiness.</p>
