CALL WAITING PERIOD - CBD BRANCH!!!
I wish I could give ZERO star rating!!! I know call centers have long call waiting periods But EVERY SINGLE TIME IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS I CALL METROPOLITAN I WAIT SO LONG I PUT DOWN?!?!!? Currently waiting for 28min just to speak to a HUMAN!!!!
