Breach of contract/Prejudice
<p>Complained about me not getting my policy contracts/documents but got worse than what I bargained for,was told the policies I'm enquiring about were cancelled and non existing. How come has the system been able to accept money from policies that were non existence.</p> <p>I am being discriminated/******/abused emotionally, financially and physically.I just feel this is an issue of non commitment, disrespect and don't care.</p> <p>If I question where my money has been going to I don't get the answer. I think the best solution is to take legal action may be they will be more careful when they are dealing with ordinary citizens</p>

These are the issues that cause claims appear because of the company's negligence or may be intentionally giving you false information just to boost sales and investments. The R170,00 may appear very little but if what there are a thousand of them and invested in wherever before you claim how much money is made. And when clients' claims are declined they are made to feel stupid or maybe misunderstood certain clauses yet in fact they were fed lies.

Yes you have been communicating with me but that does not mean you have been giving me answers. Where has the money been going to that I have been paying for the past mentioned years. Those 2policies you are willing to reinstate were running/ being paid concurrently with the others so how come their premiums don't reflect. I still need answers regarding all that. Your reading/understanding of my complaints seems to be very selective. I still want these answers because they are still not answered.
