It was time for tax submmisions and i need my tax certificate, i called and everytime the agents put me through it got cut off, i called and called again and everytime i told the agents this they assumed im lying that i get cut off, i finally called again and spoke to *****GWA Who is in Johannesburg call centre, i explained to her and she went the extra mile and took all my details and she called the necessary extension to see if i am being cut off which was the case as she confirmed but then she said that to avoid me going through the experience again she will do it for me, i would like to thank her for going the extra mile and im glad to see that there are still call centre agents whom care for their customers
