Believed and in disbelief

They dont care about people only thing they care about is money. My policy with them lapsed. They sent me letter saying I can have it reinstated. I called them they said I can still have it reinstated.

My gran passes away. I call them and ask can I still have it reinstated they day yes. I ask how much is it. They give me amount . I pay now they tell me they are declining my claim because I paid hours after the death.

When I called none of this was communicated. On the letter they sent all they stated was I have 3 months to have it reinstated. Nothing is stated regarding not paying the claim if I pay ater the death. All I was told is no additional waiting period will apply.

Today their call centre tells me I have 6 skipped payments and that the letter I have is irrelevant and computer generated .
