Being forcefully covered after policy was canceled
I canceled my policy with metropolitan last month but they still deducted and refused to give me a refund. The worst part is that I did ask when I canceled my policy if they would refund should they deduct and the answer was yes and now they insist on covering me even though the policy no longer exists and I even have confirmation of the cancelation.
