Bad service wrong package
Good day,
Kindly asssit with cancellation of this plan. The advisor (Tshidi Mafafo) gave me the incorrect package not what we had discussed.
I wanted a plan that has 3 months and agreed to it thereafter receiving documents, i got something different.
Your urgently assistance in this regard will be highly appreciated.
Now, she telling me to call client service as she cant cancel the incorrect package given.
