BAD SERVICE Metropolitan Wonderpark branch

BAD SERVICE at Metropolitan Wonderpark branch , I requested a withdrawal on my policy ,i was told I will get my money in 48hrs , guess what ,its 4days later I still don't have my money in my account . all I am getting is excuses , I have done a withdrawal before at metropolitan Winternest and ,received money with 24hrs . NO MORE !!!!!!!! Even thinking of cancelling my policies with them .
