Bad service Metropolitan withdrawal system

I am getting a bad service from Metropolitan. I have put a claim on one of my policies on Friday and I was told that my money will be paid in my account within 48 hours. I inquired yesterday and I was told that the money will be paid in yesterday and it will reflect immediately because they using the same bank as mine. Today I called and I was told that the money will be paid before 12:00 today and I have not gotten any payment. My disappointment is that I have three policies with them and clearly shows that I am going to struggle in future.
