Bad service from Metropolitan

<p>I submitted a claim on Monday morning and I was told that money will reflect on my account within 48 hrs today it's Saturday still waiting I received an sms yesterday morning that the claim is been finalised but the money stll not in my acc I am so disappointed I don't want anything to do with them anymore I submited a claim at Asssupol within 48 hrs it was on my account.</p>
