Bad service at Metropolitan

Metropolitan is a very bad company to invest with. I have logged a claim since last year. My father had a policy with them and passed away last year in april and logged a claim in May 2019 but they tell me that waiting period is minimun of 12 months. The service i have received is very bad. The consultants are not professional at all. And when u need to speak to mamager or supervisor they put u on hold till u hang up. I help for the supervisor for more than 30 minutes
