bad service

I meet Zonke in Sept when she approach me to sign up for the insurance, she was receiving calls from her landlord for rent, she was so stressed she told me that she doest't know where she will get the money for rent and it been days not going to her flat because she doest't have money for rent. she waiting for her money on the 15 OCT. I told her I will give her money then when she get it then she can pay me back. I gave R1200. last week she promised me Friday because she was getting her bonus but now shes avoiding my calls. I need the money today. I gave her the money because when giving the service to a client you building that trust. but now I'm not even sure about the product she sold to me. shes telling me that she company is not paying her enough money. but now I need my money.
