Bad Service!!!!

<p>I have an Invesment plan with Metropolitan with the premium of R300 per Month, then there was stage where I skipped some payments and I phoned in to make arrangements that they shold Debit normal R300 plus extra R100 to cover the arreases which will bring it to R400 per month including the Normal R300 payment! I spoke again today with Nomvula who was very rude!!! trying to explain the samething all over again! this month Metropoliten decided to take R700 + R300 into my account that of which I went to the bank and reverse that R700 and leave R300 normal payment! and again today I got an sms that premium not paid</p> <p> </p> <p>My request is very simple</p> <p>R300 Normal Monthly Payment</p> <p>R100 to cover areases until the policy its upto date.</p> <p>TOTAL=R400 every month till policy is uptodate that includes Monthly premium</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the last month requesting this or else I am moving to other investors.</p>
