Bad insurance company

On the 05/03/3026 I requested refund form Metropolitan because January 2026 my mother passed away on the 11 and the policy was supposed to deduct on the 15/01/2026 to make the circle of 3months full. The policy deduct on the 15 and they are refusing to refund me saying they were expecting that amount that month but which I found it in contradiction to their statement because they deducted after the passing of my mother. If they say they were expecting the money meaning they were supposed to pay me for the policy,because the policy finished 3months with that money that they said they were expecting. Avbob refunded me for that month without any hassle on the 6/03/2026. But Metropolitan because they are ****mers they are taking me from pillar to post.
