Bad customer services from Metropolitan life
As many year as Metropolitan insurance has been around one would think they have good customer services, however im greatly disappointed with their work ethic & how difficult their processes are to the bereaved familys. When we loose loved ones we dont expect such red tape when claming. I dont recommend them at all to anyone for their insurance policies.
