Backpay of my money

<p>Good day</p> <p>My name is Nika Thomas Meyer, I have to say I am very disappointed with Metropolitan and there call center staff. I have been phoning and sending my documents in to no avail, when they open a policy for you they are very helpful but when it’s time for you to get your money back is a big problem. I want nothing to do with metropolitan I just want my money back into my account because it belongs to me. They deducted money from a policy I stopped a long time. I send in my pay slip but they can’t see if money was deducted, they can see if you don’t pay, how does that system work.</p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Nika</p> <p> </p>
