I would like to express my gratitude to Metropolitan Life, the way my claim was handled was excellent!! My father passed away Tuesday and I contacted Aletta Clarence on Wednesday, the humility and the compassion I was shown was just humbling, she knew that I'm going through a hard and understood the situation. Normally when one sends a claim you expect to struggle while the insurer looks for loopholes to avoid paying, I got none of that in this case in fact the total opposite. These ladies Aletta and Tamrin made sure they made things as easy as possible. My claim has been processed.<br> <br> Ladies, thank you so much and God Bless you.
