ARROGANCE

After I have reported my case about Metropolitan, it was asif I am going to be assisted only to be met with more complex issues. I was communicating with a guy from their investigation department , who after we did not agree to a confrontational meeting with the consultant he left me in the dark and I am still waiting for the refund of my premiums. I told him that I have a sworn statement from the police so I will not subject myself to any meeting which will be consuming my time and sitting and being subjected to a interrogation situation. Then guy is Thando and we have the voice note to this regard telling him my refusal to be interrogated on the matter involving my dissatisfaction with how I have been treated.
