Agent insulting my intelligence
I have directed my pension fund into my policy.<br> I have filled forms to access a portion of the funds a week ago.<br> I was informed that the funds were available however the agent above unavails himself whenever I make an appointment to meet him. I have travelled for two hours on Monday to their offices and I was told he was on leave. He does not return my calls and I'm sick and tired of this **** service. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I'M USING THIS COMPANY. <br>
