Agent added wrong last name on policy!!!

Good day, I am very upset that I have to go onto Hello Peter to get your companies attention!!!!! I have spoken to Marwaan Kapery to get a policy for my grandmother. I got replies quickly from him. When the policy book arrived, my grandmothers surname was incorrect, something totally different to what I have sent him via email. <br> <br> I then emailed him to advise of this mistake, and has not gotten a response for over a month. I then added a complaint on the website and was asked for my policy number and scheme number. Which I have given, still no response for over 3 weeks.<br> <br> I want this sorted out as I am paying this policy on a monthly basis. This is unacceptable that I have gotten no response, but you guys are quickly to get sales.<br> <br> Sort this out ASAP
