Absolutely excellent service - twice

<p>I have been receiving a monthly Annuity payment from Metropolitan for a very long time.</p> <p>I have NEVER had to question/wait/wonder about my monthly payment. It is ALWAYS on time, at exactly the right time/date/amount.</p> <p>Not once have I had any sort of problem with them.</p> <p>Some 2 years ago, my Mom passed away. I found an old Funeral policy, which had become "paid-up" many years ago. The original funeral provider had long since ceased to exist, but it seemed that Metropolitan Life had taken over the contracts.</p> <p>Upon visiting the branch in East London, arrangements were made immediately, to pay an amount out directly to me, in spite of the contract being pretty "tatty" from age.</p> <p>Within 1 week, I was called to collect a cheque payment from them.</p> <p>I have nothing but good things to say about Metropolitan Life</p>
