A customer with an ask to Metropolitan

Metropolitan is one of the best on the investment part, this i know as a fact because i have been with them for couple of years, and most of my friends use some of the policies from metropolitan. Their staff are so friendly and kind, which i would not be doing justice if i dnt mension this more specificaly to metropolitan at pretorial central, Mme Machaka, one welcoming woman that i have met there, not only her but the rest of the staff.

Investment is a great n best way to raise n save money which will assist one to buy anything in cash, however looking at our status as a country after being attacked by Covid-19, i can say that economically i for one have been suffocating, the affordability status changed and affected people like me.

In this regard i need clarity on some issues that are pertinant to my investment with you Metropolitan, if my affordability does no longer allow me to proceed with the investment can i not terminate the contract or either change to something i can afford? I have tried to enquire and i was told that i cannot surrender until 2025, Pls assist in this regard.
