I dont know where to even start Whilst at work i saw an unknown deduction from my payslip metropolitan life an amount of R440 I went to metropolitan in durban the information they had in the policy is ***** so i opened a case at the police station of ***** and they ask for an affidavit, bank statement and id copy and they told me investigation takes 2 weeks. That was april may again 2023 they deducted R440 i even contacted their offices i dont know how many times. All i want is my money this company is stressing me i got bills to pay everymonth.
