***** case not resolved.
Terrible Service. A *****ster opened a policy without my knowledge. With **** numbers and **** beneficiaries. I have been calling then month in month out, every call center agent keeps saying they will escalate the matter. They've been "reviewing" the case for over 3 months now. Till this day I having been refunded.
