5 days waiting for funeral payout. Metropolitan life.
I notified Metropolitan life a claim and made the claim (supp**** all relevant documents) on Tuesday, the 11th April and on the 14th April I had still not received any response or communication despite 5 follow ups made with them. If you are covered with Metropolitan ensure you have other cover as well as they take over a week to respond to your emails.
