I requested a statement on my policy, of which I received an sms for EFT payment on 2 July 2026, to be told it lapsed after I made payment in July
I requested a statement on my policy, of which I received an sms for EFT payment on 2 July 2026, to be told it lapsed after I made payment in July. I've had this policy since 2018. Imagine the amount they're pocketing as the premium was over R1000
