Worst service and products!

<p>Two weeks back I purchased make-up for over R3000.00 at Metropolitan Cosmetics Store in Sandton City.</p> <p>Products were: </p> <p>2x makeup Forever Ultra HD Foundation</p> <p>1x blink waterproof eyeliner</p> <p>1x blink mascara enhancer</p> <p> </p> <p>I was extremely dissapointed in the Foundation as it was very runny with no coverage, 1 bottle is R900 and will probably last you a week, as you will need to keep layering it on your face every use.</p> <p> </p> <p>The waterproof mascara is not very waterproof as it peels off in the pool.</p> <p> </p> <p>The mascara was extremely dry!!</p> <p> </p> <p>When I took the products back,the manager of the store forced us to keep the foundation aswell as the eyeliner, didnt even ask if we would like to replace the products coz we were unhappy.</p> <p>She took the mascara and receipt and said she would need to send it back to the warehouse to be checked!</p> <p>Its been a week with no feedback. </p> <p>Called her today and she refuses a refund as I am highly frustrated with the services, I do not want another mascara, all I want is mty money back!</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never shop again at Metroplitan Cosmestics in Sandton city, a waste of money and Time.</p>
