I called the Metropolitain Cosmetics help-line to enquire about an on-line order I had made, the lady was helpful, she took my number and promised to call me back with answers. Within minutes the CEO had addressed the matter personally through an email, she didn't have my product that I ordered yet I was easily able to change the order via the CEO(Wide variety to choose from) and it arrived the following morning before 9am. Melissa the CEO assured me that her staff would have my order boxed with some perfume and beauty-product samples. I was delighted with the effort the Metropolitain Cosmetics people made. I really like this company as they valued me and made sure I felt satisfied with the service. This company has staff that seriously care and I am happy to be a returning customer. Awesome shops.<br>
