Shocking customer service!!!!!

Worst customer service ever!!!! Last week I bought the Strivectin body cream costing R1200 from the metropolitan store in Sandton city. I used it once and got a very bad rash from it. I took it back to the store to ask if I could get a credit note as I could no longer use the product. After 3 days the manager called me back to say their store policy is not to give refunds or credit notes if the product had been opened! How could I know I would get a reaction if I didn’t open the product!!!! And the product says discontinue if rash appears on the label! I will never shop at any of their stores again! Am disgusted by their lack of concern and shocking customer service!
