My worse shopping experience ever in my life.

I'd like to share my worse shopping experience ever in Johannesburg. <br> <br> I went to a shop names metropolitan cosmetics that is located in Sandton Sun mall this morning. I was passing by this shop and attracted by their display in the window then I decided to have a look. The staffs were unpleasant with their facial expressions. At the end I bought a bottle of perfume, 2 hours after I'd like it to be refounded because my friend didn't like the brand I bought and one of their staffs Tammy Leigh refused it to be refounded due to company policy. She doesn't even think that her attitude has to be improved especially she is in service industry. I finally had to exchange the item that I don't want. When I ask her name she was giving me \ what can you do about it \" that kind of face and passed me the hand writing email account of their customer service. she was even laughing when I left the store. they do have serious service issue especially selling such nice well fine fragrances.
