Too good to be true investment op or ****

Hi I just want to find out if anyone else has had any experiences with metrodrops trading platform through Plus500 investment brokers? I invested with these guys but now when its time to pay out, there's lots of red tape. Would be nice to know if anyone else has had any experiences with these platforms and are they legit?
