Worst Bus service ever!!

This has to be the worst bus service ever! they have no regard for our time npr do they care for our complaints. how do I get to the busstop at 6am only for the bus to get there at 7*06 am with the slowest driver ever. they clearly dont care wether or npt we use their service...this has been happening for year and no one gives a damn! yet they are so quick to hike up their prices.
