Where are all the buses?!!!!!

This has become ridiculous and unacceptable. For the last three (3) weeks the Metrobus service for the west rand more specifically routes 412, 413, 414, and 415 have been pathetic and unreliable. I pay more the R400.00 a month for a tag and I still end up using the taxi, for obvious reasons the taxi is not an ideal choice for me but recently I have been forced to use it in order for me and many others in the same situation to avoid getting into trouble at work for constant late coming. I stand at the bus stop from 06:00 in the morning and wait for what feels like forever, eventually a bus will appear at 07:30 and of cause the bus is overloaded and looks like it is about to explode. Not only are our lives at risk, we are spending way too much money on this services and receive the worst service ever. I am extremely fed up with the Metrobus service as we are constantly complaining and nothing ever gets done. If this continues I want to be refunded by Metrobus, but they never take responsibility for their bad service.<br> <br>
