what an pathetic sercive ,l mean everyday

<p>It is very disgusting to see big company like this which depends solemy on its passengers ,having a pathetic servic,So l knocked off at my work at 15:30 hoping to get the 15:55 bus ,so called 54 buses to The glen or glenanda,these buses are never on time,so wwaited ****** 1hour for the buses,what saddens me is that after tht unbearable wait,you are going to be packed like dogs on the full bus ,l mean standing after an hour waiting.Its so funny how the people on the street ,looking at the like its carrying ***s,Metro bus depends on these poor grannies who wait at ghandi for an hour,they deserve a better service.I am a consultant myself so l know a bad service when l see one,Metro bus never care about its passengers,winter or summer its always pathetic,its so funny how we have been loyal to it even of it has always pathetic,Metro bus should remember tht one angry and not satisfied passanger can lead to almost the whole bus not happy,I have been loyal passanger for metro bus,so l trust if one of the managers can be a silent obsever at ghandi for number 54 buses ,l swear he will see the worst if he or she really care about its customers. </p>
