Waited for the 260 Metro Bus & it does not arrive

I waited for the Metro Bus Number 260 on the 08/02/2016 and 09/02/2016 at 7:00 til 7:30 at the Bus Stop in Paarlshoop the bus does not come at all which left me no choice but to take a taxi this is completely unacceptable service and I think this should be investigated as I have heard Many complaints about this bus service
