VERY BAD ORGANIZED

The idea of going cashless it's really great, but so badly organized...i stay in Randburg, and i've been trying to get this tag for a week because in their Website they say you can buy the tag in Rosebank, Cresta, and in a few areas also in Randburg...don't even try...it's a lie...tried to call their numbers no one answers the phone or simply disconnects. Now the only way to get the tag...you have to go to Ghandi Square...that's really ridiculous!!!! People who live far or don't have money to travel so far have to go to Ghandi Square! Completely a mess and i do suggest people use PUTCO OR REA VAYA...at least it's much easier.
