Terrible service

I'm so disappointed at the terrible service the driver of the metrobus has provided today. The bus was so packed after work and yet the driver kept putting more people in the bus telling us to shift and we had two lines of people standing on the bus. When we complain that we are squashed he shout to say this isn't his bus and he is working. The bus gets tired up a hill that he drives at 20km/h. The most appalling thing is complaining at the office in Ghandi Square and the query not being attended to.
