Some employees at metrobus ghandi square abuse their powers

On the 29 0f November 2021.l went to the metrobus ticket booth to load my lag when I got there the was a lady loading her tag.from were I was standing I could see the lady at the window was given her lag and change and she took them and left,I approached the window and and filled my tag n left,after a while the lady who worked for Mateo came to me and demanded the R20 she said I took from the widow then I asked her what is she talking about because the was no R20 rand at the window n I didn't take any money,she harrassed Me infront of everyone insisting that I took the money and she didn't even want to hear what i wanted to say she was just shouting and demanding,I then gave her my bag and told her to take that money if she can find it and she refused but continued to accuse me of taking the money and so I went to the metrobus offices and asked for someone I could lay a complaint to about their employee,they gave me the name mavis maseko and her numbers so that I could talk to her,I called the lady and she said I should email her and tell her what happened and so I emailed her and told her the whole story.she called and told me to meet at grandi square so that the whole issue can be resolved,when I got to grandi she called me and said she is held up In traffic and never showed up,she then called me and said that she is leaving for Cape town so she will find me a gentleman to help me.the person she assigned never called and they both went silent. Early fabruary this year I sent her a massage and asked her what is happening because she didn't get back to me,I could tell that she red my massage bcs she blue tiked Me and never responded back til this day.pls Peter help me.
