Scorching Tongue

<p>As a student, I catch the metrobus to campus and now and again I have to fill my tag with trips. Besides the lack of punctuality by the bus drivers, the ticket office operators at Ghandi Square are horrible. Despite standing in the rain for almost an hour waiting to buy trips, nothing compared to the amount of disrespect those females have toward people. They do not care! They don't care about their jobs! Honestly, they shout at little kids who don't have change and send them back without tickets. They offer no help when one is looking for information. They intimidate people all the time. They work at a very slow pace despite the number of people they have to help. I am always in utter shock when I go to that ticket office. </p>
