Rude ugly female driver

Would like to report a very rude and ugly driver , whos driving an afternoon bus from Sunninghill to Davidsonville, we bus tags so that we can get servise , she does not stop at our bus stops at media 24 and UJ bust stop in the afternoon. Dvidsonville only has 4 buses if the first bus from Gandhi squire left us we have to wait for 17:30 because she refuse to stop at our bus stops. yesterday 09/05/2018 the robot closed she stopped when we went to the door she refused to open the door. please advise what must we do this is the 3rd time reporting her.
