Robbing commuters

I have been using metro buses since 2005 but their service lately is there metro bus is slacking big time , they let commuters load the bus tags meanwhile they know very well that they do not have buses to transport us. This issue mainly is a concern for us we are taking a bus from Johanessburg cbd to Isando of which we had the first bus at 06:00am which now is non- existence and the customer service really sucks. <br> We have logged complaints in the past but metro bus do not care about their passengers as long as we load bus tags then the money is on their side. <br> <br> The bad attitudes and the lack of service is the only thing they are good for. In February the one bus inspector had issues with a driver that we only had for the day so apparently he's been planning to corner him and he did that and promised us there will cancell the 06:00am bus. Which they did suceessfully now when you complain the driver tells us that he was told to sit down and chill since there'' s not enough buses. I wish they can just take off those buses off the road completely and fire the idiots at their depo who have stinking attitudes.
