Remorseless Metro bus

On the 26 September 2018 around 18h45 we (my colleague and I) took a Metro bus number 32A with number plate DT 56 JY GP at East gate bus station. We gave the bus driver R20 under the impression that the bus fee is R8. 50pp. He said it's R16. 50pp I then gave him another R20. My colleague then ask for change and slips which he said he will give us when we get off. I instructed my colleague that we should go take seats the trip went well till we got to Gandhi where we were supposed to get off and my colleague again requested the change and he gave us R10. I asked him "why are you giving us R10, where are the slips" as our change was supposed to be R7 he said the machine is printing at this point he is driving through Gandhi Square and I asked him if are they they done printing. He got more aggressive and he rudely and shouting said "the machine is not printing. PAY AGAIN SO THAT I CAN SHOW YOU". We than asked him to get off since my colleague was now already at the edge of the bus door standing directly at the open door of a moving busy... Yes moving bus as he was shouting at us telling us that he will HE WILL SHOW US WHO HE IS because we think we smart, we didn't want to get off when he stopped so he will show us". We were both my colleagues and I requesting to get off but he kept on driving with the door open my colleague standing at the edge of the and I was standing on the last step into the bus he slowed down my colleague managed to get off and I begging him to stop and told him I can't get off if the bus is moving other thn as I was about to try to get off with fear that I am now alone in this bus with a heartless bus driver only heavens know what he could do to me,as I tried getting off with the bus still moving slowly he accelerated and I fell (on my whole right side) on the tar road on Main Street just before the entrance of Carlton Center and didn't bother to stop and check or something instead he hit the accelerator and drove off.

I was dirty, my white shirt has black stains on the right side as I fall on my right side fortunately my head didn't hit the ground or I was not droven off by another vehicle.I have minor peeled skin on my right hand, my pants got torn by the knee and my phone screen got cracked and my watch got damaged. My knee and whole right hand (from the shoulder to the pinky) hurts.

Please help as this is the worse customer service and a remorseless, selfish and rude male I have ever came across. What he did no man or father would do that to a female/daughter of theirs. It's hurtful to be in such a horrific service I am deeply hurt emotionally and physically. Please help please.
