punctuality, customer service and basic manners a problem.

absolute horror traveling the metro bus, from disrespectful drivers, no sense of rules of the road, a huge problem being punctual and lastly changing of schedules not informing the public of new times buses will be arriving, Thursday 1st February till today 7th of February schedules have still not been received by information desks. this is absolutely appalling having waited at the bus stop from 3:45 to 5;45 for the 33 bus to arrive whilst other buses drive by continuously. lastly Metro Bus customer service s****s are horrific and disgusting.
