Poor time keeping

I would like for metrobus management to really look into this issue as the buses in randburg don't keep time and today 4 buses didn't pitch as they were scheduled that's the 3:30pm, 3:50pm and 4:30pm all from Randburg to ghandi Square and I'm not happy because we spend monies to fill up these tag and some people don't have money to use taxis and what happens if they get stranded metro don't care and people are stuck in the streets with loads of trips that can't be used. They need to really look into this issue and it happens regularly.
